I’m ready to refresh several key spaces in my house and need a complete 3-dimensional concept to guide the work. This is a partial renovation combined with interior decoration, focused on a modern aesthetic. The areas on my list are the living room, kitchen, hallway, and basement. You’ll receive: • the current floor plan (PDF) • walkthrough videos of each space • structural elements that must stay What I need back: • a full 3D model of the four spaces, lighting-ready and textured for realistic viewing • at least four high-resolution still renders per room that clearly show layout, finishes, and lighting mood • a summarized furniture & finishes board that calls out key materials, paint colours, fixtures, and décor items so I can source them locally • the native model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or equivalent) plus an export in FBX or OBJ for future use I’ll review the preliminary model to verify dimensions and flow before you finalise materials and lighting, so please plan for one round of revisions at that stage. Deliver all files via a shared drive link when finished.
