Preferred workflow I’m happy if you work in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max or similar – just provide source files plus exported PDFs/JPEGs so I can review easily. Two revision rounds should be enough once the base layout feels right. Acceptance criteria 1. Optimised layout fits all requested functions within 30 sqm without feeling cramped. 2. Minimum three high-resolution renders showing the main zones, lighting and finishes. 3. Annotated plans and elevations with key dimensions. 4.
