Beyond that, I’m looking for creative direction on everything from cladding options to lighting accents and entryway detailing. If you like working with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or a similar 3-D rendering workflow, we’ll be on the same page. What I need from you: • A concept board that shows proposed materials, textures, and color palette • At least two high-resolution perspective renderings (day and evening) of the updated facade • Scaled elevation drawings with basic notes so my contractor can price and execute the work I’ll supply current photos, measurements, and my site plan as soon as we connect. Once the visuals feel right, we’ll lock the design and, if required, add a brief round for tweaks so the final files are truly build-ready.
