I’m Nacho and I’m developing a 6-hectare property in Dauin, Negros Oriental. Over the next few months I need a designer who can work almost exclusively with me—ideally starting within the next two weeks—to shape the entire masterplan and produce individual building concepts. Scope of work • Five to six distinct modern house models that celebrate open floor plans and seamless indoor-outdoor living, taking full advantage of our tropical setting. • A wellness center that combines a fully equipped gym/fitness area with dedicated yoga & meditation spaces. • A large coworking / business hub that can accommodate remote professionals, meeting rooms, and flexible event areas. I’ll be looking for schematic designs, 3D massings, mood boards, and phased construction drawings as we progress, all delivered in standard formats (Revit or AutoCAD for plans, SketchUp/Lumion or similar for renders). Local climate considerations, passive-cooling ideas, and material suggestions suited to Philippine conditions are important from day one.
