The house is currently a dormer bungalow that we intend to remove the roof and put a second storey pent roof onto. This upper storey has strict size issues of 176m3 but allows us to use the rest of the second floor space as a roof terrace. The property overlooks open countryside and we are looking for a black cladded design on the outside with the roof in black also overhanging the rear roof terrace so it can be used in all weathers. The new upstairs needs to have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with open glazing to the rear. When we appoint someone we are happy to send pictures and what ideas we have.
