I’m preparing a full redesign for an office in Delhi that falls in the 1,000 – 5,000 sq ft range. The look I’m after is clean-lined modern, yet I’d like the palette to balance neutral bases with strategic pops of colour. Here’s what I need delivered: • Optimised space planning and furniture layout • Detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD (or equivalent) plus photorealistic 3D visualisations in SketchUp/3ds Max/Revit—whatever you’re most comfortable with • A complete concept board covering materials, finishes and the mixed colour scheme • A basic BOQ with cost estimates so I can keep spending on track • Optional on-site coordination during execution to make sure the design is realised exactly as planned Because site visits will be necessary, you must already be based in Delhi / NCR and have a proven track record in office or other commercial interiors. I expect you to work independently, coordinate with my contractor when required.
