Building Requirements: Basement (Sous-sol): For storage or technical use Ground Floor (Rez-de-chaussée): Commercial use — maximize the usable surface area R+3: Office spaces (Bureaux) Elevator: Small lift starting from the 1st floor Modern, functional design respecting local construction norms Deliverables: Architectural plans (2D and 3D preferred) Layout optimization proposal Elevation and façade design Additional Info: I will provide existing sketches and examples for improvement. The design should maximize ground floor usability while respecting the 5 m setback rule.
