Scope of work • Space planning for a 100 sq ft footprint, showing the exact placement of chairs, tables, plant features, and any storage you recommend. • Mood board or concept board that nails the modern-plus-greenery feel. • 2D layout and at least one set of 3D views or rendered visuals so I can picture the final result. • A brand-aligned logo supplied in editable vector format (AI/SVG) plus web and print-ready PNGs/JPEGs. I’m happy to look at thoughtful add-ons—discreet display counters, lighting suggestions, or compact bar elements—if they fit the overall concept. Acceptance Final files should include the layout in PDF and source format (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar), render images, and the logo package with fonts and color codes.
