Project Overview We’re looking for a developer to help create an MVP for a mobile system. The goal is simple: On one chosen day each week, the user’s devices should automatically silence all notifications, calls, and messages — except for a small list of approved contacts. This should eventually work across phones, laptops, tablets, and desktops, but the MVP will start with one mobile platform (Android or iOS). What the system should do (MVP) - On mobile (Android or iOS): Silence all notifications, alerts, calls, and texts. Allow calls/messages ONLY from a list of approved contacts. Trigger automatically at a weekly scheduled time. Include an emergency override (secret code user doesn’t know). -Future versions: Sync with desktop/laptop (Windows/macOS) to block apps, limit functionality, and silence notifications. Multi-device sync. More customization options. -Ideal Developer Strong experience with Android or iOS deep system integrations Experience with notification control, call filtering, Do Not Disturb APIs, and OS automation Experience with desktop app development (Windows/macOS) is a plus Ability to provide clear feasibility guidance before coding The budget is flexible, it really depends on the scope once we define everything is clear.
