What you need to do Create / configure Meta App for WhatsApp Cloud API Prepare a valid, Meta-compliant use-case description Create a demo flow (dummy or staging is acceptable), including: User opt-in screen (website / form / button) WhatsApp message trigger Template message example (Utility / OTP / Order update) Provide: All required screenshots A 30–90 second screen-recorded video explaining the complete flow Submit the app for approval and handle 1–2 review iterations if Meta requests changes Important Rules (Must Follow) No fake or misleading flow No WhatsApp bulk or spam use-case Clear user opt-in must be shown WhatsApp messages must exactly match the submitted templates All Meta WhatsApp policies must be followed Use-Case to Submit (Preferred) Utility / OTP / Transactional notifications (Marketing use-cases will be added after approval) What I Will Provide Business Manager access (Partner role only) App access (Developer role)
