The core modules I need are: • Customer orders & reminders – create an order, set automatic refill or follow-up reminders, and track fulfilment status. • Staff portal – every employee will sign in with individual credentials; once inside, they can view their task completion, and update order notes or shift task to other staff • Payroll & attendance – capture daily hours, calculate monthly payouts, and export a simple report for accounting. • Daily task board – assign activities (cleaning shelves, updating price labels, etc.), set priorities, and receive completion alerts.
