I have a new Furniture product concept that must transition from hand-sketch to a complete, manufacturable 3D model. The project is strictly product design for manufacturing, so every decision—from wall thickness to draft angles—has to respect real-world production constraints. You’ll start with my sketches, functional notes and target materials, then develop a clean parametric model in the CAD platform you know best (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, NX—your choice as long as STEP export is flawless). I expect collaborative iteration: we’ll review geometry, address DFM tweaks, and lock dimensions before drawings are released. Deliverables • Native CAD files of all parts and assemblies • STEP and STL exports ready for CNC & injection moulding • Fully dimensioned 2D/ 3Ddrawings with tolerances and call-outs • An exploded view or brief assembly guide for the factory Acceptance criteria • Files open error-free in my manufacturer’s software • Critical dimensions match agreed specs ±0.05 mm • No draft, undercut or tooling issues flagged in the initial DFM check If you’re comfortable designing products that roll straight onto the factory floor, I’m ready to begin right away and will provide detailed reference material on award.
