I need my current sales lead-generation process turned into a hands-free, well-documented scenario inside Make (formerly Integromat). This is a business-process project focused purely on Sales, and more specifically on Lead generation. Right now new leads trickle in through a web form and paid ads; I manually paste them into Google Sheets, update the CRM, and ping the team by email. I want a single Make scenario that: • captures every new lead from the form (and, if practical, Facebook Lead Ads), • checks for duplicates, enriches the record via Clearbit or similar, • pushes the contact into our CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive—happy to use whichever connector you prefer), • posts a concise notification to Slack, and • logs each run so failures can be diagnosed quickly. You’ll design, build, and fully test the scenario, adding sensible error handling and timeouts. Once it’s solid, hand over the exported .json bundle along with a short Loom or screen-share walkthrough so I can tweak modules later. Acceptance criteria • New leads appear in the CRM within one minute of submission. • Duplicate detection prevents double entries. • Slack alert shows name, email, and source URL. • Any module failure triggers an email alert summarizing the error. I’ll supply API keys and workspace access as soon as we kick off; I’m aiming to have this live within a week. Solid Make.com experience and familiarity with HTTP modules and common CRMs are essential.
