The very first piece I need live is the SMS and email communication flow. Here’s the full picture of what I want the scenario bundle to handle: • Claimant records come in from an intake form via webhook, land in Airtable (or Google Sheets if you prefer), and trigger a welcome email through Gmail SMTP using my alias. • The same webhook should kick off a Telnyx SMS confirming receipt. • Notary assignments are created automatically, with payment released once the signed packet is uploaded and verified. • Document uploads—from claimants or notaries—must attach back to the right Airtable row, and the system should flag anything that needs AI document review before submission. • County packages go out by USPS; the module needs to pull tracking updates and write them back to the record so claimants stay informed. • Every status change (new document, notary paid, USPS delivered, etc.) triggers a tailored email and SMS.
