Tone: Discrete luxury, mystery, exclusivity. ZERO elements that scream "BUY NOW". No bright red/green buttons. Philosophy: The site is a private catalogue. There are NO "Book Now" buttons, NO availability calendar. Everything happens through private conversation. Exact Website Structure (5 Page Types): HOME: Full-screen high-quality hero image or video background. Short introductory text. A single central button: "REQUEST ACCESS". Simple menu. THE COLLECTION: A page with a grid of 8 large images (one for each property). On image hover, subtly reveal only the property's elegant name and country (e.g., "VILLA SERENITAS | Lago di Como"). Clicking the image leads to the dedicated property page. PROPERTY PAGE (you will create 8 of these): A short story (150 words) + a minimalist photo gallery + a list of available services (displayed as elegant icons, WITHOUT prices). A single button on the page: "REQUEST ACCESS TO [PROPERTY NAME]". EXPERIENCES: A graphical presentation of our services (Helicopter Transfer, Private Chef, "Black Book" Concierge) as "Curated Experiences". Only atmospheric images and descriptions, NO prices or packages. CONTACT: An elegant and minimalist form. Fields: Name, Email, Phone, Dropdown "Interested in:" (listing the 8 villas), Short Message. Button: "SUBMIT REQUEST". Technical Requirements: Premium WordPress Theme (Avada or Divi recommended). Maximum optimization for speed and mobile display. Secure and functional contact form. The site must be easy for me to manage (edit text, replace images). You will receive from me: All final texts, all high-quality photographs for the 8 villas, and clear guidelines. We are looking for: A portfolio with refined, minimalist, luxury projects (e.g., art galleries, jewellery, interior design, boutique hotels). If your portfolio consists of e-commerce stores or colorful corporate sites, you are not the right fit. An understanding of the concept of "exclusivity" in design. Good communication in English.
