What I’m expecting from you • Concept sketches that capture an understated, luxury aesthetic consistent with premium Italian or full-grain American hides. • Detailed tech pack: dimensions, stitching spec, edge-paint colour codes, hardware finishes, and reinforcement points for travel stress areas (handles, base). • Material and hardware sourcing suggestions that balance durability with a refined look—YKK Excella-grade zips, solid brass feet, etc. • Pattern / CAD files ready for sampling. • Optional 3D mock-ups or photoreal renders to evaluate proportion and drape. Acceptance criteria The final package must allow a manufacturer to produce an initial sample with no missing information, and the smart-phone compartment should pass a simple test: insert/remove a 6.7-inch device five times with one hand while the tote is upright.
