Project Title: Full Redesign of Two Bathrooms & Master Suite (2D/3D Renderings + Floor Plans) Project Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer or Architect to help redesign two connected spaces within a residential property: Main Bathroom Master Suite (including bedroom, walk-in robes, and ensuite bathroom) The goal is to achieve a modern, functional, and visually cohesive design across both spaces — with a focus on optimizing flow, maximizing space, and incorporating full-sized baths into both bathrooms. Scope of Work: The successful applicant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables: 2D floor plan layouts for both the main bathroom and master suite 3D visual renderings to bring the design concepts to life Revised internal layout of the master suite (walls, wardrobes, bathroom configuration) Concept / mood boards showcasing materials, colours, and style direction Parts and fixtures list (recommended fittings, finishes, and materials) Suggested lighting and layout plan for optimal functionality and aesthetics Design Requirements: Both bathrooms must include full-sized baths (non-negotiable). The master suite layout can be reconfigured internally, but doors and windows must remain in their current positions. The design should improve spatial efficiency and flow between the bedroom, robe, and ensuite. Focus on modern, timeless design elements — clean lines, natural tones, and practical luxury. Must comply with Australian building standards. Deliverables Expected: 2D layout and floor plans (with dimensions) 3D realistic renders (minimum 3 per room from different angles) Mood boards with material and colour palettes Fixture and fitting recommendations (taps, baths, vanities, tiles, lighting, etc.) (Optional) Basic construction documentation or spec sheet if available What to Include in Your Proposal: Examples of previous bathroom or master suite design projects Indication of software used (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.) Estimated project timeline and pricing (fixed preferred) Clarify if you can provide renders, plans, and mood boards all in-house Additional Notes: This project is for a residential renovation in South Australia (Adelaide Hills).
