I’m putting the finishing touches on a modern-style luxury Airbnb and want a fresh set of expert eyes to lock in the placement and sizes for the recessed (canless) lights. The goal is a layered soft, relaxing glow that flatters every corner without harsh glare or dark pockets. It has low ceilings (7') due to some soundproofing needed, which has thrown a few wrenches in our ideas, but any ideas to suit the space are welcome! Scope • Review my existing floor plans (Living Room, Bedrooms, Dining, Kitchen). • Mark the exact locations, spacing, and beam angles for each canless light to achieve an even, inviting wash. • Suggest basic dimming zones, fixtures, and color-temperature guidelines that reinforce the modern look yet feel soothing to guests. • Deliver a simple annotated plan (PDF or marked-up CAD/image) plus a short rationale so my electrician can install confidently. I have already made a rough blueprint written with lights and fixtures marked throughout the home, as well as 3D rendering of where the furniture is going to be one it's all done for reference. I would like further review by an expert and suggestions for any changes in fixture type, canless light sizes for general lighting, and wall washing, while taking into account our low ceiling heights. I mainly need your layout expertise and any quick tweaks that would help to elevate the space. A straightforward, clear diagram or 3D rendering to show placement and lighting result for canless lights and fixtures is all that's required. This is part 1 of a much larger project, so future collaboration is possible. If this sounds like your wheelhouse, I’m ready to get started RIGHT AWAY!!
