The project focuses on only 2 specific accounts, but the requirement is to capture data (Text, Media, URLs, Retweets, Quoted Replies) within milliseconds of the "post" or "share" action. Technical Specifications: Latency: The system must be optimized for sub-second data retrieval. Speed is the absolute priority. Proxy Infrastructure: The system must utilize ISP Proxies. I will provide the proxy sources. All requests must be routed through these proxies to ensure high-speed delivery and IP rotation. Account Integration: I will provide established X accounts (2013-aged) for monitoring. Stability & Stealth: The solution must be finely tuned to avoid account flagging or proxy bans.
