RFP / Job Posting: ERP & CRM Rebuild Using Lovable Overview We are seeking an experienced developer to rebuild our existing ERP/CRM system using Lovable, with the goal of delivering a more modern, user-friendly, and efficient platform. Our current system uses a Django-based API backend with a PHP frontend. The new system must replicate our current database logic while introducing improved functionality, workflows, and reporting. 1. System Rebuild Using Lovable Recreate our full CRM and ERP structure within LovableIntegrate seamlessly with our existing Django APIModernise UI/UX with efficient navigation, automation, and reduced manual handlingEnsure data relationships and lifecycle states are preserved and enhanced 2. CRM Structure (Essential Requirement) The CRM must manage the full customer lifecycle: Lead → Prospect → Opportunity → Customer → AccountStore complete company and contact recordsSupport parent/child or group company relationshipsManage both customer and supplier records consistentlyLog all communications (emails, calls, notes) at company and contact level 3. Lead & Enquiry Pipeline Build a qualification pipeline for: Website enquiriesEmail enquiriesManually entered leads Pipeline requirements: Automated routing and scoringStatus tracking through all CRM lifecycle stagesAbility to segment leads by enquiry type, activity, and historical behaviour 4. Sales Information & Communication (Essential Requirement) The CRM should capture detailed sales intelligence: Product interests (brands, product categories, spend patterns)Competitor information (discounts, strengths, weaknesses)PSL (Preferred Supplier List) data, including logins and notesCommunication logs integrated by company, contact, quote, enquiry, or opportunity 6. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) (Essential Requirement) Manage suppliers with the same depth as customers: Store supplier recordsTrack RFQs sent, quotes received, and orders placedLog performance and response activity 9.
