I’m developing a 30-metre-tall clock tower and need an experienced BIM specialist who can take every mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection element to LOD 400 inside Revit. The architectural and structural models are already in place; what I’m missing is a fully coordinated MEP package that slots neatly into the existing geometry without clashes. You’ll work directly in my master Revit file, producing detailed component families, accurate routings, hanger and support layouts, schedules and sheet sets that are ready for fabrication. Because the tower is slender and highly visible, space is tight—duct and conduit runs must respect the limited shafts and still provide maintenance access. I will handle structural clearances, but you will need to verify your layouts through clash detection (Navisworks or Revit’s own tools) before each hand-off. Deliverables at project close: • Native Revit model with Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing and fire systems at LOD 400, fully coordinated • Linked Navisworks NWC for clash review, with an issues report showing zero hard clashes and any soft clashes explained • Final drawing set: plans, sections, riser diagrams and tagged schedules suitable for fabrication and on-site installation I’ll supply the current model, design criteria and manufacturer cut sheets on award.
