Fractional CMO – Strategy and Hands On Marketing Execution A fast growing technology startup is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to act as our Fractional Chief Marketing Officer. This role combines strategic leadership with hands on execution across digital channels. The ideal partner will define the marketing vision, build and launch the digital presence, and actively manage campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will work closely with the leadership team in regular strategy and whiteboard sessions while also rolling up your sleeves to execute across website, content, and social platforms. Scope of Work • Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter), aligning campaigns with product launches, lead generation, and long term brand positioning. • Design, build, and manage the company website, including page structure, messaging, content updates, landing pages, and optimization to support marketing campaigns and conversion goals. • Create and execute multi channel content campaigns, including articles, infographics, short form video, and visual assets while maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. • Manage and execute social media programs end to end, including campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, audience engagement, and performance optimization. • Develop marketing assets and collateral that support product launches, thought leadership, and customer acquisition. • Measure campaign performance through dashboards and analytics, translating insights into clear recommendations and next step actions that continuously improve marketing impact. Logistics & cadence I’m looking for someone local who can meet in person at least twice a month and join our weekly virtual check-ins. The role is fractional: you set the hours, we agree the outcomes. Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and basic CMS editing will help you hit the ground running.
