I run several brands that all need a strong, separate presence on LinkedIn and Twitter. The work covers three clear phases: 1. Profile creation / revamp • Build or overhaul each company page, polishing every element—logo sizing, cover image, headline, bio, website links, and contact buttons—so branding stays consistent yet each profile feels tailored to its audience. • Implement role-based page access so my marketing, sales, and support teams can contribute without stepping on each other’s toes. 2. Content & community management • Draft a 30-day cross-channel content calendar built around lead-generation, thought-leadership, and social proof posts. • Adapt messaging to the nuances of each platform, mixing text, image, video, and poll formats for higher reach. • Schedule posts through a tool you prefer—Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or native schedulers—then monitor replies and DMs, flagging hot prospects for the sales funnel. 3. Tracking & optimisation • Set up LinkedIn Analytics and Twitter Analytics dashboards (or unify them in Google Data Studio) so I can glance at follower growth, CTR, impressions, and conversion events. • Provide a concise monthly report that highlights what worked, what missed, and an action plan for the next cycle. Acceptance criteria • Every company profile is fully branded, live, and free of placeholder text. • At least 12 pre-approved posts per brand in the scheduler before launch week. • First analytics report delivered 30 days after profiles go live, including recommendations. All brand assets (logos, style guide, past posts) are ready to share on project start, so you can jump straight into execution and free me from day-to-day platform juggling.
