WhatsApp Chatbot Expert (ManyChat) – Lead Qualification Automation We are looking for an experienced ManyChat / WhatsApp automation expert to build a lead qualification chatbot connected to WhatsApp. The chatbot will handle leads coming from Meta Click-to-WhatsApp Ads, guide prospects through a structured conversation flow, collect data, and send information to a CRM. The complete workflow diagram is already designed and will be provided. ⸻ Scope of Work The chatbot must: • Connect Click-to-WhatsApp Ads to ManyChat • Guide users through a multi-step decision tree conversation • Allow users to request information, request a call, book a visit, or receive a brochure • Send automated messages depending on the user’s choices • Send documents and location links via WhatsApp • Trigger alerts to the sales team when urgent contact is requested • Handle invalid responses with a fallback message • Allow users to stop the conversation at any time (STOP command) ⸻ CRM Integration All collected lead data must be sent to the client’s Bitrix CRM via webhook. The webhook endpoint will be provided.
