Project Description Overview: We run a specialized marketplace for machinery and equipment ("Galpão das Máquinas") and we are looking for an expert to automate our lead generation process. Currently, our team manually contacts sellers on Facebook Marketplace and OLX, which is slow and frequently flagged as spam. We need a scalable, automated solution to identify and reach potential advertisers. The Challenge: Source: Extract leads (sellers) from specific categories on Facebook Marketplace and OLX. The Issue: Facebook limits manual outreach to ~20 messages/day. We need to bypass this bottleneck safely or find a smarter way to collect contact data (phone/WhatsApp/email) for off-platform outreach. Goal: Create a workflow where we can identify relevant ads and initiate contact at scale without getting blocked. What we are looking for: Web Scraping: Ability to scrape listings from OLX and FB Marketplace based on keywords and categories. Automation: Experience with tools like PhantomBuster, Apify, Selenium, or custom Python scripts. Bypassing Restrictions: Knowledge of using residential proxies, rotating accounts, or anti-detect browsers to avoid IP bans/shadowbans. CRM Integration: Ideally, the data should be exported to a Google Sheet or CRM. Deliverables: A system/script to extract leads daily. A strategy or tool to automate the first contact (via DM or WhatsApp if the number is available). Consultancy on the best "warm-up" practices for accounts to ensure longevity. Requirements: Proven experience with FB Marketplace scraping. Understanding of platform "rate limits" and how to work around them. Clear communication in English (or Portuguese if available).
