I already have the basic blueprint for a Laravel + PostgreSQL real-estate listing platform—folder structure, database schema, and an i18n scaffold are all prepared. Your job is to comb through that starter kit, finish any missing pieces, and deploy the working site on my Namecheap hosting account. Core features that must be present once you hand it back to me are property search with robust filters, a smooth user registration/login flow, and an admin dashboard from which I can add, edit, or deactivate listings. The build also needs to tap into three outside services: a payment gateway for premium listings, map/location look-ups for each property, and basic analytics so I can track traffic and conversions. I’m comfortable if you swap in well-known Laravel packages where it speeds things up, as long as you stick with Laravel best practices, Blade, Eloquent, and the provided PostgreSQL schema. Everything has to remain translatable via the existing i18n setup. Deliverables • Clean, reviewed codebase pushed to my private Git repo • Fully configured database migrated on Namecheap (cPanel access will be provided) • Environment variables and third-party keys set up securely • Final URL live and passing a quick smoke test: register, log in, search, checkout, map pin, basic analytics event • Short read-me covering install steps and any custom commands Please stay within the budget range I set in the listing and mention roughly how long you’ll need once access is granted.
