I’m looking for an experienced Laravel/PHP developer (or small team) to build a vendor panel for my on-demand delivery platform. The service connects liquor stores, smoke shops, and snack vendors with customers and independent drivers. The website runs on Laravel, and the iOS app is built in Swift (an Android version will come later). The vendor panel will let stores manage their own inventory, orders, licenses, and payouts — everything they need to operate independently. What You’ll Build: A responsive web-based dashboard (Laravel Blade or React front-end) that integrates directly with my existing Laravel backend. You’ll create or extend the necessary APIs to handle: • Product and stock management • Order tracking and refunds • License uploads with expiry alerts • Vendor onboarding and payouts There is no formal API documentation. You’ll explore the backend and extend what’s needed. I’ll provide backend access so you can connect your work properly. Core Features: • Vendor onboarding & profile setup • License/KYC upload & expiry alerts (vendor inactive until approved) • Real-time inventory & pricing updates via API • Order dashboard: vendor updates order stages (New → Preparing → Ready for Pickup → Picked Up → Delivered — last status comes from driver) • Real-time order status updates using Laravel WebSockets or Pusher • Payout tracking & earnings summary • Simple analytics (sales, orders, top items, low stock) • Compliance features for alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis categories Tech Details: • Backend: Laravel 10+, PHP 8+ • Frontend: Laravel Blade (Tailwind) or React • Auth: Sanctum or JWT • Realtime: Laravel Broadcasting (Pusher/WebSockets) • Testing: Manual testing is fine for this stage • Deployment: Should integrate smoothly with the existing Laravel setup You’ll primarily handle frontend development and API integration, not mobile app coding. The iOS app team will handle reading live order updates through sockets or polling. Who I’m Looking For: Someone who has built multi-vendor dashboards, e-commerce panels, or delivery systems in Laravel before. You should be confident working with existing codebases and extending APIs independently. Independent Laravel developers and solo freelancers are strongly encouraged to apply. If you’re a developer who can deliver agency-level quality without the agency overhead, this project is a great fit. You’ll have the freedom to make smart technical decisions while keeping things efficient, scalable, and well-structured. Timeline: Approximately 45 days, with milestones for key features. To Apply: Please include: • A short introduction and relevant experience • Examples of past Laravel dashboards or vendor panels • How you would handle real-time status updates • Estimated completion timeline Let’s build something clean, functional, and scalable.
