We need two linked yet independent solutions built from scratch: 1) A browser-based laboratory reporting system for our government hospital. Its single purpose is to generate official patient test-result reports. Every report must automatically include: • Patient demographics • Test type and results Lab staff should be able to search by sample ID or patient number, preview the formatted report, and export it to PDF for printing on Ministry letterhead. The module will read data from our existing LIS; a REST endpoint or scheduled CSV drop can be used, whichever you find more efficient. Role-based access, audit logging, and straightforward deployment on our on-prem Linux server are mandatory. 2) A cross-platform mobile application for our outpatient clinic that lets patients book, reschedule, or cancel appointments and receive push reminders. Think of it as a slim calendar interface—no payments, just user registration, slot lookup, and confirmation notifications. An admin web console for staff to open or block time slots would be helpful but is not essential for the first release. Deliverables - Source code with clear, inline documentation - UAT builds (web and mobile) plus deployment scripts - A brief user & admin guide (PDF) - Handover meeting and one round of post-deployment fixes Preferred stacks are React, Vue, or Angular with Node.js/.NET for the web app, and Flutter or React Native for the mobile app, but I’m open to well-argued alternatives as long as they are secure, maintainable, and easy for our IT team to pick up. An MVP in roughly six weeks is ideal, followed by final polish and sign-off. Outline your proposed architecture, major milestones, and any similar projects you have completed, and we can begin right away.
