Klaviyo Flow & Template Overhaul. - Strong brand and UI experience needed

I have several Klaviyo flows in place, but they need a full-scale refresh to look sharper, convert better, and stay technically sound. My brand style is minimalist and clean, so every template you touch must feel airy, elegant, and on-brand while still being robust under the hood. Scope of work • Strengthen and redesign existing flows—especially the Welcome Series, Abandonment Cart, Customer Win-back, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Product Review/Cross-Sell, and a returning-customer journey for five hero products. • Build or refine supporting automations: NPS email triggered at delivery, data-capture emails pulling info from web forms (and, if feasible, Instagram lead ads). • Update three transactional templates so they align visually with the refreshed marketing emails. • Ensure every sequence is properly configured, timed, and A/B-test ready in Klaviyo, with clean HTML/CSS and mobile-first rendering. Acceptance criteria 1. All flows live in Klaviyo, error-free, with events and segments clearly labeled. 2. Templates load in <2 s on major inboxes, pass SpamAssassin and Litmus checks, and preserve minimalist styling across dark mode. 3. Copy, imagery, and CTAs align with my brand guidelines (I will supply the latest style guide). 4. Each updated flow shows improved baseline metrics—open rate, click-through rate, or revenue per recipient—after a two-week test window.
