I keep all of our client-facing questionnaires in JotForm—more than ten separate forms, each packed with conditional branching, calculation fields and autoresponder emails. I now need every one of those forms rebuilt inside Zoho Forms so that the end-user experience, internal notifications and data structure stay identical. You’ll receive access to the existing JotForm assets (including form settings, logic maps and theme files) plus a priority list so you can tackle the most frequently used forms first. For each form I will review: • Field layout and labels reproduced exactly • All show/hide and skip logic mirrored in Zoho • Calculation fields, scoring or pricing rules working as before • Email notifications and confirmations firing from Zoho with our branding • Final PDF or spreadsheet output matching the JotForm version Once a form passes that checklist in Zoho, we can mark it complete and move to the next.
