I’m launching a recruitment agency and want every piece of tech to behave like a single, well-oiled machine. My applicant tracking system will be JobAdder, and I need a system integrator who can connect it seamlessly to the rest of my tool-set so I can stay focused on sourcing talent instead of troubleshooting software. Here’s what has to work together: • Microsoft Outlook Calendar – clients and candidates must be able to pick a live slot that instantly appears in JobAdder and triggers confirmation emails. • Advertising websites – when I post a vacancy in JobAdder it should publish automatically on my chosen job boards and mirror on my website without extra clicks. • AI note-taking / transcription app – interview or meeting notes captured in real time must attach to the relevant JobAdder record. • DocuSign – offer letters and other docs issued from JobAdder need to go straight to recipients for e-signature and return with status updates visible in the ATS. • General Outlook / Office 365 routing – emails, calendar invites and tasks should sync back to the correct candidate or client record. I’m open to the best method—native JobAdder APIs, Zapier, Make, Microsoft Graph or a custom script—as long as the end result is reliable, secure and easy for a non-technical recruiter to maintain. Deliverables 1. Fully functioning integrations as described above, tested end-to-end. 2. Clear documentation of workflows, API keys, webhooks and any third-party services used. 3. A short hand-over call or video walkthrough so I can replicate or tweak settings later. Acceptance criteria: I can add a job in JobAdder, watch it appear on my website and boards within minutes, schedule a meeting from the public calendar link, see the event in both Outlook and JobAdder, run the meeting with AI notes automatically stored, send a DocuSign contract through the ATS and receive the signed copy back—all without manual data entry.
