We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Broker / Business Development Partner who can bring genuine software, IT, and academic projects to our company. This is a commission-based partnership with no fixed salary. Responsibilities: The partner will be responsible for sourcing and bringing software/IT projects from clients, acting as a bridge between the client and our technical team, assisting in initial requirement discussions, helping close projects, and coordinating until project confirmation. Commission Structure: Commission ranges from 10% to 30% per project, depending on project size and complexity. Payments will be released after client payment or milestone confirmation. This is intended as a long-term collaboration. Preferred Experience: Experience in IT sales, software project sourcing, outsourcing, or business development is preferred. Exposure to domestic or international IT clients and a basic understanding of web, mobile app, software, or AI projects will be an advantage.
