Web dashboard • Live issue list that refreshes in real time (WebSockets or efficient polling). • Filters for Issue category, Priority level, and Submission date, plus a simple status board view for at-a-glance monitoring. • No user authentication is required at this stage, so pages should load immediately without login overhead. Backend & integration • Lightweight REST or GraphQL API, backed by a cloud-friendly database. • Robust image handling and retry logic for unstable networks. • Clear documentation for local setup and production deployment. Acceptance • APK, web source, and database schema/config files. • One short demo video proving offline submission and sync. • A single feedback round to polish UI after the first working hand-off.
