Description: We are looking for an experienced IPTV application developer to work with us on building a robust and fully functional IPTV solution. The ideal developer/team should have prior experience in IPTV/OTT application development and be able to deliver both the application and its complete base/source code. Our Requirements: • IPTV application development services (end-to-end) • Delivery of the complete source code/base code of the application • Application should be compatible with Ministra middleware (or able to integrate with Ministra) • Support for streaming channels, EPG, and core IPTV features • Cross-platform compatibility (preferred: Android, iOS, Smart TV platforms, Web) • Clean, well-documented code for future scalability and updates Preferred Experience: • Proven track record in IPTV app development • Familiarity with Ministra/Stalker Middleware • Experience with streaming protocols (HLS, RTSP, MPEG-DASH, etc.) • Prior work on apps similar to IPTV Smarters, Ministra, or IPTVnator • Ability to provide ongoing support and updates if needed What to Provide in Your Proposal: • Portfolio or examples of IPTV/OTT applications you have previously developed • Details of your experience with Ministra or similar systems • Estimated timeline and cost for development • Information about your approach to delivering source code and documentation
