Info will be stored locally on the users phone 3.) React will be used 4.) it's a very small simple app.. so, there will be no barcode scanning or anything. It's basically an inventory and shopping list app. It has: 1.) splash screen that has a timer for 3 seconds that goes to the category page 2.) a category page 3.) a settings page 4.) a shopping list page 5.) an about page 6.) a manual page 7.) a terms page 8.) progress bars 9.) 16 bg color picker - you can choose 1 of 16 colors as a bg color all info is stored on the user's phone.. like the shopping list, categories names, category items and quatities.. that's about it.. it's that simple of an app. more than half of the app has already been coded.. i am looking for final coding touches and put in the google play / apple stores. So, the cheaper the bid the better.. I will also be looking at your skills and percentages... IE: 8.5 and 97%. i do have a logo image i want used on every page as a header.. i do have an image for the splash screen but it doesn't fit not do i know how to make it fit.. included are pics of what i want it to look like.
