Scope • Model every interior space and the full exterior envelope from the provided CAD files. • Apply textures, materials and lighting that feel believable in daylight and simple evening setups. • Produce final still images in print-ready resolution. I’m happy with standard industry workflows—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, SketchUp + Enscape, Lumion, or similar—so use whichever pipeline keeps you fast and efficient as long as the output meets the quality bar described above. Timing is flexible but I’d like to review early test renders within a week of project start, then iterate to final approval.
