Now, we need to add one more setting for WhatsApp API Configuration using Meta (Facebook) APIs. After configuring the WhatsApp API, the system should use the same existing SMS templates for WhatsApp messages as well. Just like different types of messages are currently sent using SMS templates, those same templates should now be used to send messages via WhatsApp, instead of SMS.
