We have an existing project called BioRbank, which includes: A Flutter mobile app (iOS & Android) A React admin dashboard A Firebase backend (already configured, including FCM) We need to implement the core push notification functionality that allows the admin to send notifications from the dashboard to all mobile app users through Firebase. Current Setup: Flutter app is connected to Firebase. React dashboard is functional. Firebase backend and FCM setup are already done. What’s missing is the integration between the dashboard and the app to send and receive notifications. Scope of Work / Deliverables: 1. React Dashboard: Add a new “Send Notification” section/module. Fields: Title Message Button to send the notification via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to all app users. 2. Flutter Mobile App: Configure app to receive and display push notifications (using Firebase Cloud Messaging). Handle notifications correctly in all states (foreground, background, terminated). Basic display and navigation behavior on notification tap. 3. Integration & Testing: Connect dashboard to Firebase to trigger notifications. Verify working notifications on both Android and iOS. 4. Documentation: Short setup note explaining how to send notifications from the dashboard. Tech Stack: Mobile: Flutter Dashboard: React Backend: Firebase (Firestore, FCM) Requirements: Proven experience with Flutter, React, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). Ability to deliver core functionality quickly and cleanly. Strong communication and attention to testing.
