I’m looking for a Bahrain-based social media specialist who can take full ownership of our Instagram account. The job is two-fold: keep our existing queue of photos and product shots flowing out on a consistent schedule, and create fresh, platform-native content—striking images and engaging Reels that feel right at home in the local feed. What you’ll handle day to day • Build a monthly content calendar that blends my current asset library with new imagery and short-form videos you shoot, design, or edit. • Publish and optimise every post, writing captions, choosing hashtags, tagging locations, and timing releases for maximum reach. • Monitor comments and DMs, keeping response times quick and the tone on brand. • Track insights in Instagram Analytics and send me a concise weekly report so we can fine-tune the strategy. Acceptance criteria • Minimum two posts and three Reels per week, all delivered on schedule. • Visual style stays consistent with brand guidelines I’ll provide. • Engagement rate and follower growth clearly reported every Friday. The role focuses solely on Instagram; we’re not active on Facebook or Twitter right now, though experience with those platforms is a plus if we expand later.
