I have a mechanical part already modelled and exported as a STEP file, and I now need a clear, professional Design-for-Manufacturability report centred on the injection moulding process itself. This report will enable us to optimise the design of the part for injection moulding. After you study the file, I expect a concise PDF that: • pinpoints any geometry that could complicate machining • identify any issues with shrinkage marks etc • enable us to minimise the need for sliders etc • calls out tolerance or draft issues • suggests alternative processes or sequence changes that would simplify production • backs up each recommendation with an annotated screenshot or marked-up view pulled directly from the STEP model I’ll supply the STEP file as soon as we kick off, and I’m happy to answer any questions about volume, target machines, or quality expectations while you work.
