I need a programmer who can handle a full web-development cycle and deliver a polished informational site. The goal is a clean, responsive web presence that tells visitors who we are, what we do, and how to reach us—no e-commerce, just clear information. Scope • Design and build a modern, mobile-friendly layout (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; a lightweight framework such as React, Vue, or plain vanilla is fine as long as performance stays fast). • Core pages: Home, About, Services, Blog/News (optional but appreciated), and Contact with an embedded form that routes messages to our email. • Basic on-page SEO: semantic markup, alt text, proper headings, meta tags. • Accessibility baseline (WCAG 2.1 AA) so everyone can navigate the site. • Deploy to our preferred host (we currently use cPanel but can switch to Netlify or Vercel if that streamlines the stack). • Handover package including source files, build instructions, and a short video or PDF guide that shows how to update text and images.
