I want to create a mobile application whose sole purpose is to display informational advertisements. Unlike a social-media, e-commerce, or utility tool, this app will act as an advertisement kiosk: every banner, card, or video spot must open the advertiser’s own website the moment a user taps it. Scope • Build for both iOS and Android from a single codebase or closely matched native projects. • Present ads in a clean, swipeable feed (carousel or vertical list are both acceptable) that supports images and short clips. • Each ad must deep-link to the customer’s site in an in-app browser or the device’s default browser. • Provide an easy way for me to add, remove, or reorder ads without rebuilding the app—JSON, simple CMS, or another lightweight method is fine. Deliverables 1. Compilable source code with README or build script. 2. Test builds on TestFlight and Google Play Console (internal track). 3. Short hand-off guide showing how to update the ad list and refresh the app content. Any modern stack—Flutter, React Native, Swift/Kotlin pairs, or another performant approach—will work as long as both stores’ guidelines are met and the user experience remains smooth.
