Project Overview We’re looking for a talented CRM Database Developer / Administrator to build and optimize a custom CRM system hosted on Infomaniak, with full integration for mail management, payment processing (Stripe), and file handling. The goal is to streamline how we communicate with customers, handle mail, and manage payments — all in one efficient, user-friendly platform. Timeline • 10 days for testing • 15 days for full delivery (total: 25 days) Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Optimization • Design and implement a complete CRM system optimized for mail tracking, client data, and payment management. • Create custom views, filters, and automated workflows for efficient data handling. • Build clean, intuitive interfaces for both internal users and customers. Mail Management Integration • Connect the CRM with mail processing workflows (scanning, sorting, forwarding). • Implement drag-and-drop file handling for images, PDFs, and documents. • Ensure seamless tracking and organization of physical and digital mail. Stripe Payment Integration • Integrate Stripe for secure payments, subscriptions, and invoicing. • Set up automated payment tracking, reminders, and transaction history management. Mobile-First & User Experience • Ensure the CRM is fully responsive and optimized for both iOS and Android. • Design simple, mobile-friendly forms and dashboards for customers to: o view mail deliveries o instruct our team : scan + storage or forward or shred • Prioritize a clean, intuitive UX Delivery Requirements Within 20 days, deliver a fully functional, secure, and mobile-optimized CRM, including: • Customer data management • Mail handling & file upload features • Stripe payment integration • User and admin dashboards • Full documentation and team handover Skills & Experience • Proven experience with CRM development and customization • Strong data management and integration skills • Experience with Stripe API integration • Familiarity with Infomaniak is a plus • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Strong sense of usability and mobile-first design We Provide • Access to our Infomaniak cloud server for implementation (see dashboard picture for implementation) • Indications on current fields used to manage our customers (see excel file) • Optional SendGrid subscription for automated communications (upon approval) Important Please DO NOT BID: 1.
