AR/VR Technology Provider Needed for Industrial Training Simulation We are looking for an experienced AR/VR technology provider or studio to design, develop, and deploy a high-end immersive Virtual Reality (VR) training solution for complex industrial operations. The goal is to create realistic, SOP-driven VR training modules that enhance safety, operational readiness, and decision-making through hands-on experiential learning. Scope includes: High-fidelity VR simulations for equipment operations, maintenance & troubleshooting. Guided (training) and unguided (assessment) modes Multi-user & collaborative VR training Performance analytics dashboards (trainee/trainer/admin) End-to-end delivery including design, development, testing & deployment Requirements: Proven experience in AR/VR development (Unity/Unreal) Prior work in industrial / engineering / manufacturing, oil & gas / safety training preferred Ability to deliver end-to-end VR solutions, including analytics and (if required) hardware integration.
