I’m ready to launch a full-scale ride-hailing service and need a complete mobile solution that mirrors the Indrive experience. I will require two separate apps—one for passengers and one for drivers—both running smoothly on iOS and Android. Core functionality must cover real-time ride tracking with live map updates, a secure in-app chat between driver and rider, and a reliable payment gateway that accepts cards and digital wallets. The flow, latency and overall UX should feel as responsive as the original Indrive app; anything less won’t pass acceptance testing. Because this is a two-sided marketplace, I’ll also need the corresponding backend services: user and driver authentication, trip management, fare calculation, and a simple web-based admin dashboard so I can monitor rides, payments and support tickets in real time.
