I need a robust WooCommerce-based marketplace that lets Indian sellers list and manage more than 10,000 products—initially Electronics, Fashion and accessories, Home & Kitchen, and other export-ready Indian goods—while Russian shoppers browse the same catalogue in Russian, place orders, and pay through locally accepted gateways. Core build • WordPress + WooCommerce at the centre, extended with a proven multivendor suite (Dokan, WCFM, or similar) for vendor dashboards, commission handling, shipping profiles, and tax rules. • Seamless language switcher: every storefront element, product attribute, and email must appear in Russian for buyers without affecting the Indian seller interface. A plugin such as WPML or Polylang can be paired with manual strings for accuracy. • Dual-region hosting strategy: one stack in India and one in Russia (or a CDN route that terminates in both) so load times stay low on either side of the border and uptime remains high. • Scalable architecture that comfortably handles 10k+ SKUs—optimised images, object caching, and a product filter/search that stays fast under load. • Checkout flow tuned for Russia-compliant payment gateways alongside global options; settlement reports must still reach Indian vendors in INR. Acceptance criteria 1. Sellers can self-register, upload products (single or bulk CSV/XML), and track orders from their dashboard. 2. Russian-language buyers see the catalogue entirely in Cyrillic, complete an order, and receive translated notifications; admin receives the same order in English. 3. Page load for catalogue and product detail averages <2 s from Moscow and Mumbai test nodes. 4. At least one successful end-to-end transaction recorded with a Russian card and the payout correctly reflected in the vendor ledger. 5. Code, theme, and plugin list delivered in a version-controlled repo plus a deployment guide for the two hosting zones. Hand-off will include admin credentials, documentation on adding new languages or payment methods, and 30-day post-launch support to squash any critical bugs.
