Joblogic Systems Architect & Implementation Consultant (Construction Workflow System) ⸻ Project Overview Gravity Group is implementing Joblogic as the core operating system of the business. This is not a simple CRM setup. We have designed a structured operating model that includes: • A 10-gate project lifecycle • Operational controls at each stage • Defined workflows across marketing, sales, estimating, operations, scheduling, delivery and finance • Governance dashboards and reporting The objective is to translate this operating model into a fully functioning Joblogic environment with automation and integrations. The system will manage the business from: Lead generation → quotation → mobilisation → site delivery → completion → invoicing → payment. ⸻ Scope of Work We are seeking an experienced consultant capable of: • Joblogic configuration • Workflow architecture • System automation • API integrations • Form and document template creation • Operational dashboard design The consultant must be comfortable working with complex operational workflows, not just CRM configuration. ⸻ Key Responsibilities The consultant will assist with: System Architecture Design the Joblogic configuration to reflect our operational model including: • Pipeline stages • Mandatory gate controls • Workflow triggers • Operational data capture • Document management ⸻ Workflow & Automation Configure workflows and automation for: • Lead capture and follow-up • Tendering and quotation • Mobilisation checklists • Scheduling workflows • Site record management • Completion and invoicing • Debtor follow-up processes ⸻ System Integrations Configure integrations where possible including: • Sage 50 accounting • Email integration • Website lead capture • Social media lead channels • WhatsApp or messaging integration • Document storage ⸻ Templates & Forms Build digital versions of operational documents including: • survey forms • quotation templates • mobilisation checklists • site records • QA documentation • completion documentation ⸻ Operational Dashboards Design dashboards for management including: Pipeline dashboard Operations dashboard Financial dashboard Management KPI dashboard ⸻ Project Structure This project will be delivered in two stages. ⸻ Stage 1 — Discovery & System Architecture Initial work will focus on defining the system architecture. Activities include: • Reviewing our operating system documentation • Mapping workflows • Defining data structures • Identifying integrations • Producing an implementation roadmap This stage will be paid hourly. Please provide your hourly rate. ⸻ Stage 2 — System Implementation Once the system architecture is agreed, the consultant will provide a fixed price proposal for the full implementation.
