I am seeking a trained, highly-experienced interior designer based in Hyderabad (India) to do interior designing of residential apartment. There could be more than one unit opportunity if everything goes well. The engagement is design-only; no turnkey execution is required. Scope The immediate assignment covers my living & dining rooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and a dedicated puja room. I am drawn to a balanced fusion of modern and traditional aesthetics, so your concepts should blend clean contemporary lines with classic Indian elements in a way that feels fresh and timeless. Deliverables • Scaled furniture layout for each space • Mood boards capturing materials, colours, finishes and lighting ideas • Photorealistic 3D views / walkthroughs to validate proportion and ambience • Innovative custom furniture sketches that reinforce the modern-meets-traditional theme • A detailed specification sheet that contractors can later follow Process & Expectations I prefer a fixed-fee consultancy model. I am comfortable iterating, though we will agree upfront on a reasonable cap and timeline to keep reviews efficient. All drawings should be shared in editable formats (AutoCAD / 3ds Max, or the tools you normally use) alongside high-resolution renders. You should be open to multiple iterations but we can put reasonable end date to the project.
