I need an expert who can integrate HubSpot and Shopify so that data is synched and accurate. Ideally the end goal is synchronized data and purchase history, behavioral tracking, deal stages (inc draft orders) and customer data - we use this in dashboards, workflows and automations. You will be responsible for mapping fields, setting up the connector, testing end-to-end (injcluding checking data is accurate), and leaving me with clear documentation so I can troubleshoot or extend the setup later. Deliverables: • Live, two-way sync between Shopify and HubSpot showing contacts, orders, site behaviour, draft orders and deal stages • Consistent conversion metrics in HubSpot that match Shopify within an agreed tolerance • Step-by-step documentation covering field mappings, workflows and any custom code or webhooks used Acceptance criteria: a test order placed in Shopify must appear in HubSpot (contact + deal) in under five minutes, with revenue and deal stage matching the Shopify figure, and the setup must survive a sandbox-to-production switch. This is for an e-commerce store, predominantly B2B but also some B2C. We currently integrate with Unific which is the possibly the worst integration ever created - which has put the business back 6 months.
