Phase 2 Overview of intended use and current state I am trying to create a report writing tool for my employees to use. The aim is for them to not worry about formatting, unify what everyone is doing and same time. I started to create something using HTML via AI but soon errors were becoming too time consuming to manage. This is why I looked to Free lancer. The company itself is a therapy company working in Australia. Basic functions of existing prototype is to document basic information, allow the user to create a recommendation based on that information whilst having access to guidance and supervisor assistance. Intro to Phase 2 I utilised a developer via Freelancer who cleaned alot the prototype up to make sure the functions worked as intended. I would like to improve and expand on their work and have decided to look at a different developer to do this who may have more attention to detail. I would like the new develop to pay more attention to detail, for example if they make changes and brake something, I would like them to have tested and before presenting to me. I need a developer with some more initiative and ability to inject style and aesthetics into the design. Phase 2 includes improving the existing form and then expanding functionality.
